We understand that sometimes things change, and some changes are neither anticipated nor avoidable.
Times are booked on a half-hourly basis; your time may begin anytime within that half-hour. In the event you know you cannot make your originally scheduled time slot – text us and we will try to place you into a different time slot on the same day, should one be available, but we cannot guarantee when that may be.
A reservation will be held for up to 15 minutes for unexpected late arrival. We will work you in as soon as we can.
Requests for cancellation must be submitted by email from the same email and payment method used to make the reservation.
Cancellations 14 days or more in advance will receive a full refund.
Cancellations more than 7 days but less than 14 days in advance will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations 7 days or less will be given a credit equal to the original price paid for use at a future Rose & Veil event. Credit must be used within 3 months of the date of issue.
Cancellation on same day or “No Show” will not be credited or refunded.
All couples and their guests must agree to and abide by our rules and policies AND those of the venue. Refer to the Venue Rules for more information.
These are alcohol free events… no alcohol will be served, and you may not bring it with you.
We do not serve meals. No outside food is allowed to be brought in.
No tailgating in parking lot is allowed
All reservations to be paid in full at time of reservation.
We must limit the number of attendees in each party. Please choose the event that allows the number of guests you want at your event. Each event is venue driven and has different allowances for guest count. Additional guests will not be permitted.
Wedding party arrivals are permitted before the scheduled event times to wait for their ceremony time. Brides and maids are encouraged to come early. All others in the bridal party and guests will wait until their pre-selected time to enter the private ceremony area as guided by staff. The entrance time for your party will vary based on the promptness of the parties before you. Everyone in your party must be present to enter the ceremony area. If your party is not all together for your time slot, then another party that is ready may be taken ahead of your party and you will be next. Be kind and patient to all. All couples and guests must leave the event and event parking lot by event close.

Events could be cancelled or changed by a venue at any time with or without prior notification; such issues are not within our control. If the event is cancelled by the venue (the building owner), the couple will receive a full refund. Refunds will be issued to the payment method originally used to place the reservation.
Rose and Veil does not own the buildings we use for events. Each event center has its own rules about events and functions scheduled on their property. You are subject to their rules and regulations as well as Rose and Veil.
You are responsible for everyone in your party.
